A total of 17 main Characters have appeared in The Minecrafters and its spinoff, Overlord Chronicles, each one with their own personality and goals. Herostar, Diamond_Lover, Old_Sword, Sheep_e and Miss_Mouse are considered the main 5 of the series, with Overlord and Mrpig joining them since Season 6. Ultimate_Overlord is considered the main Antagonist of all seasons except season one, where the title belonged to MrPig, who is now reformed.

The Main Crew is the group of main protagonists in the series. These characters appear in multiple seasons, playing major roles in most that they're in.

Overlord is the operator of the server in the Comic, and is brothers with Ultimate_Overlord. He lost the server to MrPig, before gaining it back, however he shortly lost it again to his brother. He is a serious user, and doesn't take too kindly to his brother's takeover. |

MrPig is a former antagonist in The Minecrafters and now a regular cast member. He is a very major character, as he has saved the server multiple times and has the most unique relationships with other characters. He is witty, silly, dimwitted, insane, crazy and funny. |
The Curse Crew[]
The Curse Crew is the group of 5 players initially created by Ultimate_Overlord as part of the curse, eventually they were all taken over by real players.

Ultimate_Overlord is the main antagonist of the Minecrafters. He has a very needy and jealous tenancy, and feels the need to be wanted, and as a result of being neglected, resorted to hacking and taking over the server. He has exceptional hacking skills and was easily able to take the server over from his brother. |

Trivia[]
- Herostar has appeared in the highest amount of episodes, with a total of 70 out of 81.
- MrPig has changed sides more than any other character (Evil>Good>Evil>Good)
- While Ultimate_Overlord had no in game appearances in Season 4 and 6, he is still considered the main antagonist for those seasons.
- The "Curse crew" consisting of Blade_101, Sniper_6, Charlotte_Axe, Redstone_Lover and Dr_Evil used to be controlled by an AI, before being taken over by real players in Season 4.
- Chuckle was never truly evil, as he is very gullible and was easily tricked by Ultimate_Overlord.
- Lord_Hat has had the least number of episode appearances, with a mere 8 including Overlord Chronicles
- Only Herostar, Diamond_Lover and Sheep_e have appeared in every series.
